Terms for using DuelTube

Your content

You must have the right to upload and test the thumbnails you submit. You retain ownership of your work and permit DuelTube to process and display it only as needed to run your tests.

Test results

Feed Pick Rate measures choices made inside DuelTube’s simulated feeds. It is not YouTube click-through rate, a prediction of future views, or a guarantee of performance on YouTube.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, interfere with review integrity, automate choices, manipulate credits, or attempt to access another user’s tests or account data. DuelTube may suspend accounts or disable content when needed to protect the service or its experiments.

Availability

DuelTube depends on external services, including Google, YouTube, and object storage. We work to preserve tests and accounting through failures, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Independence

DuelTube is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
